Officially a newbie! We are from the DFW (Dallas/Fort Worth) area! We are very excited about getting into real estate investing.  We are been listening to the Podcast for awhile now and we are ready to make our first leap! I think our initial direction will be in the Buy and Hold arena.  Any advice, recommendations and prospects are very welcome!
