Just getting started

Hi everyone,

My wife has been on BP for a little bit and I am amazed at what I have learned from her and not from the multiple books I have read about real-estate investing.  I was very ignorant when it came to financing properties.  Luckily through her being on here chatting with people we realized there is not one way to do anything.  We ended up finally doing our first home as a cash purchase that came with renter in place.  From hearing all of the success stories on here now I am confident to know that real-estate can be an easy path to retirement and I can't wait to walk away from my job and do this full-time.  Best of luck to everyone!
