Hello Everyone,

New to BP. Currently 22 years old and recently purchased my first property in Baltimore, MD. It was an all cash deal to try and get my feet wet. I will most likely be holding this property due to the rental income. I will focus primarily on low income housing until I build my portfolio. My plan is to leverage these properties in the near future and move on to buying apartment complexes (either in Baltimore or different cities). Any advice/guidance is extremely appreciated, even outside the Baltimore market. I will always be looking to expand my education.

Thank you and I am excited to be apart of the BP community.
