I found lots of information and members with knowledge on this site.
I have a California real estate license, but statted back in 2003 as an investor, flipped few properties, I originated loans in 2005 & 2006, worked with sellers listing their properties, working with buyers purchasing REO's last year and this year, now I want to focus in Buying Real estate Notes directly from Lenders. I did Loan Modifications & Short sale transactions and they take too long to get approved. I need to find Investors or a source of money to purchase these Notes at discount.
I'm hoping to find people who's doing this purchases and learn from them at the same time find Investors willing to work with Notes.
