Hello BP I have a situation where I don't know what to do next. I am from Harlem, NY and I am into commercial real estate investing and I have been reading and studying commercial for a while now. I have a couple leads that want to sell their apartment buildings in Harlem, NY, Bronx, NY and Brooklyn, NY, but how can I go about partnering with someone or collecting a fee for this situation?
