Hello Everyone!! I hope everyone is having a great experience on BP! So far I am having a great time with the weekly webinars and interaction that I observed between members. Great connections! I am new to the real estate industry and currently pursuing my licensure as a REA..state exam in a few days! I wanted this license to gain experience in the field as well as knowledge to help build my portfolio as an investor. I have always had an interest in investing and this year I decided to take the bull by the horns and dive in full throttle regardless of my financial standing. My ultimate goal is to create cash flow that allows me to receive financial independence and to do that I am interested in rental properties, buy and hold, and possibly duplexes. I recently found out about the BRRRR strategy and that is a new goal added! I look forward to interacting, making connections, and possibly building friendships while learning everything investing has to offer!
