Hi my name is Cathy Modena, I'm a wholesaler / investor. I'm semi retired, I put more details about myself in my profile if you'd like to know more about me. I've always known real estate could enable you to be your own boss.  Hubby and I together have owned a couple of rentals, sold a few properties that we've bought and even built our own house where we live now.  We've always been modest in our real estate endeavors and always used the more conventional methods of financing. I want to expand our experience.  I want more financial security, be able to make more improvements on our home. Own enough rentals to have a minimum of $10,000.00 positive cash flow after all obligations are met.  If there is anyone out there willing to share their experience, how they financed their deals and who they used to get financing from, and how they calculated expenses to see if a potential deal is in fact a deal. I'm all ears, I want to absorb and learn and learn and learn.  I want more financial freedom.
