New Real-estate Investor Looking to Learn

Hi guys my name is Tye, and I have recently made the choice to use my money to make me money, through Real Estate investing. I graduated from Texas Tech University in May of 2015, with a degree in Architecture. I soon realized that the corporate 8-5 life wasn't something that I was interested in. I aim to be able to quit my job by the time I'm 30 (25 now).

My current interest in Real-estate is flipping. Backed by my construction knowledge I aim to use flipping as a means to secure capital before eventually investing in cash flow properties.
