New to BP and REI

Hello everyone,

I am new to the BP community here but I have been navigating the forums and educational material and there seems to be a wealth of knowledge here. I am looking to get into both the flipping and buy and hold investments. I am located in the York, PA area. I hate to ask for help and be able to offer very little in return. I am very handy and have done many construction projects including plumbing, drywall, framing, light electrical work, landscaping etc... Doing this type of work helps estimate rehab costs from a diy standpoint I would imagine. But, I would love to be able to work alongside someone to help them and in turn, learn to do things myself. If anyone out there is looking for an apprentice, I am willing to put in the work to learn.
