     I'm finally at a point in my life where I have the time, the means, and the need to start investing in real estate. But first- I need to learn about it. I'm starting from square one, but I'm enthusiastic. 

     Also, in this world of social media I have an unusual talent for drawing. My avatar and my posts stand out. It's my little hook, and it's a good one.
