Hi! I figured I'd introduce myself, though I've been lurking for the past few months.

I am relatively new to real estate investing, though not a total newbie.  I own two rental properties in Baltimore County. One is in Owings Mills (which was my previous primary residence that I've rented out since 2011), and the other is in Essex, purchased in October 2015.  I'm currently under contract on another property in Dundalk.

I have had guidance from my brother-in-law (a full time investor) on the Essex/Dundalk properties, and I know these are just the beginning.

I've been using BP to learn as much as possible from other investors, especially regarding access to capital, which will likely be my biggest hurdle going forward.

Best,

Shawn
