Hello members of Bigger Pockets,

I am 23 and from Atlanta, GA and currently live here. I have been looking into the potential and growth of the short term rental industry, and have specific interest in the rise of AirBnB. My friend told me to check out Bigger Pockets for a guide to everything real estate so here I am. Any tips on the best way to leverage this site to gain useful information would be much appreciated.
