Hello, Joe Moorehouse here,  I am just starting up in the real estate business. I am starting as a wholesaler. I am looking learn a lot here.  My goal is to have 12 properties of my own in less than two years. I am working in the Chicago area and have a partner in West Palm Beach, FL
