My name is Bennett and I live in Sacramento California. I own and operate a local construction company. We have been involved in many rehabs and flips over the years for multiple investors. In 2010 I was an equity partner in a couple fix and flips but ended up on the short end of the stick when my partner decided to sell, cash out and run. Lesson learned. Fast forward to recent and years of solid mentorship, self education and I am ready to take steps towards my goal of having an investment career.
