Hello All: My wife and I closed on our home in GV on Mar 4th and having most everything in its proper place I am ready to start my next adventure. Officially I retired in December but I am not ready to sit back and veg. After 37 years working for the same large corp I am ready to try something different. The BRRR strategy is the path i am considering. Have been reading books and BP posts for a couple months now and ready to make that first deal. Appreciate all info I have been absorbing on BP. Great stuff!!
