Greetings! 

I am new to REI with no experience as of yet. I am looking to start out with assigning contracts, no money nor credit needed deals, and short sales. I have attended some seminars and seen some YouTube videos and put what I've learned together, yet not enough to be confident to step out there. Very close to it. I need a mentor (Male or Female) that is savvy with marketing, branding and doing deals in TX . I am looking forward to building strong business/ investing partner relationships. Serious and ready to get started.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
