Hi my name is Sara, I am new to Bigger Pockets but have been looking into flipping homes for a few years now. When I moved out here (California) a good friend of mine was doing it and I helped him on a couple homes and just absolutely fell in love.  I finally feel like I am ready to take the plunge, cross your fingers for the end of this year.

My goal is to start flipping homes, I love the game of the flip. Getting my hands dirty dealing with the unexpected, wheeling and dealing, and mostly putting out constant fires. But I can understand how all of that takes a toll.

Slowly I want to start adding long term rental properties and building my assets to stack my retirement and make my money work for me.
