Howdy folks, just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. After being a BP "Peeping Tom" for quite sometime I decided to take the plunge and commit myself to the community who unbeknownst to you has helped me so much. I completed several residential transactions within the last year and finally wanted to acknowledge and shout out to the giants on this forum (you know who you are) who have helped me along the way. I am happy to officially be here and am looking forward to learning great things everyday.
