New Member Intro

Aloha Bigger Pockets!  I’m a little overdue on the introductions as I’ve been staying busy making my way through the forums and trying to educate myself as much as possible.  I currently live on Oahu but will be moving back to the mainland sometime during early winter.  We’ll be settling down in the Greenwood, IN area and I’m looking for folks familiar with the local area and market.  I’m primarily interested in flips but am getting curious about rentals as well.  I’m looking for anyone in the local Greenwood/Southside Indy area that would be willing to do some long distance mentoring and maybe a meet up once I get settled back on the area.  I’m also looking for references in regards to building up my team and anything that’ll help steer a newbie in the right direction.  I don’t have real estate or construction experience but do have a fair amount of project management-type experience.  I’ve read more books and forums than I can count but am always looking for more information so if you have any good recommendations, please share!  Thanks!
