New Philadelphia / Burbs Investment Partnership
Hi everyone,
I'm a NYC corporate attorney and recently formed an informal partnership with two other guys who grew up in the same neighborhood in the Philadelphia suburbs, one of whom works at a Philadelphia REIT and one of whom is a SF/NYC consultant. We are each ~28-30 years old, and we think we are well-situated to make an impact and grow.
Our plan is to pool our money, skills and time to invest in Philadelphia area (including suburbs, especially the West Chester/Downingtown area). We are currently drafting an operating agreement, securing financing, exploring deals/properties, etc. We are currently working towards our first purchase of a MFH, and we are hoping to scale fairly quickly. Who knows where this will take us, but our tentative goal is to scale to the point of doing this full-time.
We'd love to hear from anyone in the Philadelphia, West Chester, Downingtown, etc area who feels like they have an interesting perspective to share or anyone who would like to form a relationship with a trio of young, knowledgeable and drive partners.
Jason
