Hello BiggerPockets! I am new to the real estate investment world and eagerly looking to start building my portfolio. Over the past few years I have read many Real Estate books and listened to all of the BiggerPockets podcasts, but it wasn't until a few months ago that I decided to finally take the plunge. I am currently working full time at an IT consulting firm, but one of my current goals is to completely replace my wages with buy and hold investments (SFR and Multi-Family).

My immediate goal is to find and acquire a multi-family property to house hack in DuPage County (Illinois).

I look forward to meeting and building relationships with people from all facets of the Real Estate industry. I truly find Real Estate fascinating and I can't wait to learn more (and hopefully contribute more) as I grow as a Real Estate investor and professional.

Oh, and I am working on getting a picture...
