Charlotte versus Greensboro
Hi all,
Wish I found this site loooong ago. Had learned a LOT just by reading multiple forums from the past weeks.
Currently owned a property in Greensboro, and is ready to take on another one this year... BUT is torn whether to get the next one in Greensboro or Charlotte. I live in CA, by the way, so it will be managed by a property management company.
Perhaps some of you that own in either city can share some info ?
Also, don't mind having some recommendations as to the agent that you have had good experience with in the past in Greensboro or Charlotte area (feel free to PM me if listing an agent's name is not allowed in this forum).
Thank you all !!
