Investor from Central California
My career was in Human Resources, however when I retired I got bored and started renovating my home. That lead me to buying and renovating older homes. I now own 7 single family rentals and have flipped around 20 homes. I limit my renovation now to the houses that I own and will begin selling my rentals as they become vacant, thus becoming fully retired. But I will continue investing in 1st mortgages as a hard money lender.
