New: Seeking all wholesalers and investors in the Sarasota area

I am seeking a partner in the Sarasota/Manatee area to speak to about rehabs and wholesaling. I am 22 and have bought two houses now. One was a short sale which I rehabbed over the year that I lived there. It was listed recently and it is closing in April. The other house is currently my primary residence. I also recently started an online real estate course to get my license. I have a lot to offer and would love some feedback on who to contact in the area that is a reputable investor. Thanks in advance.
