Good Morning,

I have been investing in real estate for 11 years in the capital region, looking to connect with others to help each other.  Interested in buying long term rental in all areas of City and suburban areas any size 2-20 units. Also looking for flips in solid areas we can resell or wholesale and now moving into development of raw land for primarily multi-fam and 1-fam projects.
