Hello everybody,

My name is Chris Henschen. I have an ample background in construction however I do have a lot of connections in the construction industry. Other than that I am a clean slate and I am ready to learn. I currently work in the insurance industry and I am fairly successful. My mom turned me onto the idea of "flipping houses" She is interested and willing to invest however we are not wealthy. We have a little bit we can invest and some time to dedicate to it. Our ideal first flip would be, depending on the property, about an eight month investment. I came to BiggerPockets because I did some research and heard it is a good community with lots of advice to be given.

Thanks for listening
