Hello everyone,

My name is Roland from Las Vegas, NV.

Been reading the forums for a month so its past time to Introduce myself.

New investor, my immediate goal is to wholesale, buy REO's while they are cheap and rent them.

I have experience with buying/selling houses/mortgages.
