Multifamily Investor from S.Ca
Hello All,
Looking forward to finding my network/tribe here on BP. I'm interesting in finding like-minded people who can exchange value with me through learning, sharing, cooperating, or whatever else creates a win-win.
I've done about 5 BRRR deals in upstate NY. Currently moving into Multifamily units and building a sustainable business system with partners/investors/RE professionals.
Looking to find distressed class C value add opportunities to apply my team's general contractor and management expertise.

I saw you at the VCREIA meeting last week but didn't get a change to meet you. I am building 4 new homes in Santa Barbara, and the return is one of the best I have ever seen. Some other members at the VCREIA are involved. Would you be interested in looking at an investor package?
