Florida Newbie!

Hi Everyone! I'm new to RE Investing, i.e. Wholesaling and would like a few tips on how to get started.  I currently have no experience in real estate but very willing to learn.  In fact, I plan on taking a course and getting licensed.  However, in the interim, l'm becoming a bit more knowledgeable in regards to the investment aspect of RE.  

Thus far, wholesaling properties has captured my interest.  I would love some insight from a seasoned investor on how to get started towards getting the first contract and sale.  Any advise is welcomed and most appreciated.
