Hello all!  I am a new member from Maryland.  I found out about this site from an unrelated forum that I visit frequently.  I have no experience but I always had real estate in the back of my mind.  I am currently reading the Flipping Book and listening to podcasts.  I plan on making my first move in the summer time , but just learning for now.
