Good afternoon,

I am Benita, I live in Fayetteville, GA.  I am a real estate agent, but was not using my license except as an assistant to my broker.  I am going to make this year my year to become fully engrossed in real estate..  My long term goal is to buy sell, flip homes.  I look forward to learning more from other agents and all of you that are investors
