San Diego newb ready to get started

Hello,

My name is Sean and I reside in San Diego, CA. I've had some experience in real estate. I've done a few transactions for my residence. I also held a real estate license many years ago. At the time I decided being an agent wasn't for me. 

I just grabbed the 'Rental Property Investing" book and found out about BiggerPockets. 

My biggest questions/concerns have to do with locating properties, management, and financing. 

I'm looking forward to finding and jumping into my first investment deal.
