Seeking Sponsoring Broker

I am currently taking the Illinois Broker course. I am researching differnet companies to begin my career with. As a new real estate licensee I do not have previous experiene within the industry.

I have 3 years of experience with the City of Chicago Depart of Community Planning and Development. I have a understanding of commerical/residential developments and demographics of the Chicagoland area.

I am seeking to find a sponsoring broker. I would like to have sponsorship lined up once I take my exam.

First of all, congratulations on taking action to get your license!

I am with Keller Williams Realty Signature in Rockford. The KW franchise is very much agent focused with lots of benefits and training.  I am not sure if there is an office close to you but I would recommend you check them out if there is.
