Hello everyone,

My name is Jazzmine Johnson Currently obtaining an M.B.A in Entrepreneurship. I am interested in Wholesaling. I've followed Nick Ruiz and learned his step by step guide to this market. I guess My biggest issue it trying to learn everything before acting and implementing the knowledge. How was everyone's first wholesale deal? What key factors contributed to the success of the deal?
