Hello BP, I am new to investing. I have been reading reading reading but feel the need for some hands on. I want to learn wholesaling and more about rehabbing. Is there anyone in the Chicago area that is open to one on one mentoring? Any rehabbers that is open to bringing someone along on their projects? Thank you.
