We moved to the Houston area from California about 10 years ago. I am a past member of Rich and Lifestyles. I have purchased SF houses and have done successful and unsuccessful partnerships in apartment complexes. I am not currently looking for opportunities but am interested in what is going on in the Houston area and particularly in the  Suburban South East area.
