hey everyone- I am a new member her and relatively new to the business. I have recently setup an LLC and am looking to do my first real fix and flip.

I have made a few offers and continue to look for great opportunities.   

I look forward to networking with you all and make sing some good connections.

As of now I feel confident that I have a good grasp of how it all works- I've got my cash on hand and my realtor connection- the last part of the equation is the right property and the GC- I have a full time career in another field so for the first bit I am goi g to rely on someone else to help me
