Just wanted to introduce myself!  I am a personal trainer and full-time student from Minneapolis, MN, living in Golden Valley, MN.  Looking to be a physical therapist at some point most likely!

I became interested in real estate recently and am eager to learn!  I am considering co-signing for a property with my friend in Miami, FL at some point for a vacation rental.
