Newbie from Pittsburgh
I'm a new investor in the Pittsburgh area. I have no experience in Real Estate and am looking to get into flipping houses. I'm still in the learning phase, so am not close to being ready to actually make a deal. If there are people who have a track record for flipping in the Pittsburgh area I'd love to hear from you to discuss different neighborhoods and what you've experienced in the Pittsburgh market. I'm planning on attending the ACRE meeting next month, but I'd also love to hear whether people have had better experiences with ACRE or REIA.
I still feel a little overwhelmed with all of the information and feel like I don't really know what questions to ask yet, but I wanted to introduce myself.
