I founded the BusariGroup in 2014 before starting my job full time with IBM. I currently work for IBM and invest in real estate with my wife, Nana Busari. Nana works on BusariGroup full time as the managing director. Our primary investment strategy is to buy, improve & hold, and our secondary is lease option. We are looking to invest in multi-family units and duplexes in the central ohio area, but stay away from projects that require major rehabs.
