Hi all.

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

My goals are to buy and hold as many properties as possible for the passive income. As for many here (I'm assuming), funding tends to be an issue, so some flips or wholesaling may be on the cards (no experience there).  My areas of interest are TN & GA. Be sure to say hi.
