Buy and Holds
Okay, I'm brand new to the real estate world. So new in fact that I haven't even purchased my own home yet.
I'm currently renting, but I'm hoping to make a purchase soon, and I'd rather purchase something that'll pay me instead of the other way around.
I'm seeking any guidance, tips, etc. about getting started at low income, because I'm currently a server at a restaurant making a transition into Realty.
Thanks in advance for anything!
