New member from Alberta

Hello to all. Just need some advice. I live in edmonton alberta and would like to start wholesaling houses. The problem is I can hardly find any information on the subject in Alberta. I just need straight forward step by step instructions on how to get moving in Alberta or if its even worth the time and effort here. I dont have much money going into this but I will be saving as I am learning from everyone here. But could I start tomorrow with zero  dollars?
