Hello Everyone,

My name is Greg and I am a new investor starting out in the Metro Detroit area. I plan to focus on buying and holding SFHs and MFHs in my area and subsequently renting them out. Real estate investing has attracted me as I like the idea of an investment with performance that can be influenced by the amount of time and effort you put in, as opposed to letting your money ride on the stock market and having that dictate your returns. In the short time I have been active I can already tell BiggerPockets is a place with a great wealth of information and I look forward to being a part of the community.
