New in DC looking in Baltimore - Ready to learn

My name is Sheika Nikole Reid. I am a 25 year old DC Native currently working with my family's brokerage in the nation's capitol, while I finish my undergrad in Civil Engineering at Howard University. 

Currently:

I am looking to engage in my first rehab. I spent last summer working for a Private Equity firm in Baltimore, so I am analyzing the details of my first deal there. Over the next year I would like to do a few more single family fix-ups, then do a multi-family next year.

Long Term:

Firstly, To prosper financially while creating opportunities for others, connecting people, and loving the life I live. 

More specifically, to expand into larger developments as my skills and knowledge-base develop. Then hit the cover of Forbes so I can talk about the communities I've changed and the lives I've impacted.

Seeking

People with experience to partner with and to learn from while I navigate these first few deals, but also to foster long term relationships and a team to grow with.

Love to play tennis, learn about tech, financing, meet amazing, inspirational people so that we can discuss politics, religion, and anything really.
