Hi BP Community,

Im new to BP, fairly new to RE investing (5 years). Looking to build my portfolio via buy and hold (and BRRR) properties anywhere in the states that makes sense. Currently invested in a few other states as well as my island of Oahu. Would love to connect with folks on BP!
