Hello everyone,
My name is Roland. My wife Evelyn and I were involved in the Real Estate / Rental business back in the 90's and 2000's. We've bought, rehabbed and owned several rental properties, even flipped a few homes over the years, doing it all on our own, without any training or mentoring. We eventually got out of the business as we pursued other business opportunities. We feel that were coming full circle now, realizing the potential that Real Estate income can provide. We're looking now to return to Real Estate, but this time educate ourselves more in the various aspects of the business in order to work smarter, not harder.
