Hello - I'm building a home in Poncha Springs and am interested in possible real estate investments in the Buena Vista, Poncha, Salida, etc. I currently own two lots in the Little River Ranch development, one of which I'm building my home on (see my blog for more on that endeavor)

Seem to be quite a few folks moving into the UAV from Summit county.
