I see you're Interested in no and low money down opportunities.  I highly suggest getting the book investing in real estate with no and low money down as well as the book on rental houses and flipping. They really break it down and make it easier to understand. I got my license as a realtor and it was amazing to read the book and see all the knowledge I learned being used in such and creative manner. There are many investors looking to do the same as you.
