Hi my name is Jim and my wife’s name is Nancy. We live in the Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro, CA. I have had my CA real estate license for 10 years. I am a member of the National, State and my local association of Realtors.

I am now living in my third house. Each time I sold my house, I would bring it up to current standards or better. I have also done kitchen and bathroom upgrades for my in-laws and rental properties that my family has owned in the past.

I am now very interested in buying, fixing and flipping. My focus will be wholesale deals in mid-level income areas in both Los Angeles county and Orange county. I have been to some seminars and could not believe the sky high prices to continue with these folks!

I pretty much think that I have most of the tools to figure out the ARV and other things from the software that I have either bought or subscribe to. The main thing that we are looking for is funding that does not cost an arm and a leg.
